The view from our room was amazing!! And the hotel location is in walking distance to so much. Staff was so nice, helpful, and very accommodating. Beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Nice hotel in Kapa'a. Staff was very helpful. The room a great size with oceanfront view. Pool very nice. The staff lent out bikes, beach chairs dvds and beach towels. Home made treats to greet you. We had a lot of trouble with the wifi not working. The front desk said they were changing carriers. Basically didn't work half the time.

Staff was awesome. Home made banana bread, a gift of a calendar & box of Hawaiian chocolate. Georgeous view (lake view rm), comfortable room. A little dated, but clean & everything worked.

It was a great location and a pleasant stay. Rooms could be a little cleaner but staff was very accommodating when our a/c quit. And they were very easy to talk to and meet all of our everyday needs.

There were a lot of stairs and no elevator in our building. Access to everything, including the restroom near the front desk, required code access. Drawer space was sparse, and the huge closet came with only 4 hangars. The shower chair was too large to fit in our shower.

Beautiful view right next to the water. We even saw dolpins in the distance. Loved being in Kapa'a and close to walking to other places to grab food from. Being able to borrow bikes to ride on the bike path was awesome as well. The hotel had a great homey vibe to it that I loved. Everyone working there was super nice and down to earth too. I really enjoyed my time here. As long as you're not looking for a super fancy place to stay, I think this is an awesome place to stay for a good trip in Kauai. The pool is awesome as well. I truly enjoyed my time here and would stay here again in the future. Even better in person in my opinion.

The hotel has a great location on the water with a small accessible beach and ready access to a nice walking/biking path. However, the room we stayed in had a strong odor of sewage, had a fan that only worked if the lights were on and the a/c unit did not work. We had a nice balcony and left the door open to air out the place; only problem is at night we had to close the door to avoid the bugs. By the time we realized the extent of the issue it was too late and when I reported on check out I got the sense that this was not a new complaint. It would be great place but desperately needs some renovations/TLC.

Such beautiful grounds, lovely working family that makes it such a great place. The ocean view was spectacular and affordable. The pool was clean, beautiful and private. We had an ocean view from the pool. Great walking path right outside and the food trucks were spectacular

Room needed a good cleaning, the mirror hadn't been properly cleaned and the lamps were sticky. TV didn't work, no one cared enough to come and fix it. On the other hand, the ocean was right outside for great views of sunrise and the walking path along the shore was right there.

Staff was great, pool was awesome, view was amazing. Very convenient to everything in town. Room could use some work. Panel was falling off tub and turned from jet into regular by patching over jets. Larger tv. Needed updating, paint in rooms and balcony. Ice maker was out for 3 days. Sheets had patches on them.

We stayed for two nights and would have loved to stay longer. The morning sunrises from the balcony were incredible. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious for us. Being close to many of KaPaa's shops and restaurants was great amenity.
