「The location is good, around 10-15 minutes to city center. Room is clean and the hotel design is quite modern. Have free carpark for guests, which is nice. The price is reasonable and suprisingly the hotel is good at overall.」

「손님 맞이도 상쾌하고 청소하시는 여사님들 서비스 응대가 역시 백종원 선생의 다짐처럼 의욕이 넘칩니다. 특히 아침부페가 가격대비 넘치는 수준입니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 빈 접시를 보고서도 바로 바로 치우지 않고 여성분(조금 뚱뚱?) 프로정신을 발휘해 주셔야 될 듯 싶어요. 동료 남성분께 잔소리 하는 모습도 불편하니 일 하기 싫으시면 그냥 손님 주변에 얼신거리지 마셔요. 다음 방문시 그 여성분 지켜보겠습니다. 」

「The best hotel experience in Jeju! The hotel is new, clean and well developed. The host and staff are super friendly and polite. They even help park the car and upgraded us the hotel room. The executive family room is spacious and comfy with two bedrooms and bathrooms. I will definitely come again and recommend who are planning to Jeju south. 」

「Hotel location is great, lovely in-room amenities. The pillows were too soft but the team were able to offer foam pillow quickly. Breakfast had a lot of options! 」

「Overall, this is a good hotel with good breakfast. Yet, some of the staffs are not very good in English. Furthermore, during our 4 nights stay, one of the bath towels has been worn-out with a big hole.」

「The overall rating of this hotel is excellent, the hotel is comfortable, location is good as it close to museums and site seeing place, restaurants nearby are good also, it takes 15 mins walk to find good foods Transportation is good also, buses stop at hotel no matter they are from airport or city. However, front desk are not speaking fluent English which need to be improved. Another improvement is, please allow guests to control the air conditioner temperature.」
