Jeju Island All inclusive Vacations

Nice location pretty close to the airport and within walking distance to shopping and food options. Room was big however furniture looked pretty old. Hotel looks like it has been renovated, lots of light and great views but some pieces of furniture look extremely old. Staff is helpful but most struggled with English, if you get a chance try the breakfast well worth it.

One main thing I want to complain is that the air conditioning is one of the worst that I have ever stayed in my life who claims as a 4 star resort. I stayed there for 3 nights and the problem literally occurred the first night. The room felt very warm but it set to 22 minimum, so you cannot turn it lower and I promise you, that room is warm as 27 degree, definitely not even 24. The stuff came but the first night still felt like warm. Then the maintenance came the 2nd day when we were out but they set it again back to 22 which felt even warmer when we came back the 2nd day! I was actually pissed because HAVING COOL AIR IS A HUMAN RIGHTS! In that humid environment! They tried to fix it but the whole trip was kinda ruined because the experience of having warm night. The overall decoration looks very old but the stuff told me it’s a newly built hotel. So honestly I don’t know what is going on but the whole trip was not that pleasant of us staying there unfortunately. It was affordable but definitely not recommended. The stuff was trying to be helpful but it was not really helpful at the end of the day.

Hotel was amazing, very good location on the waterfront, pool area has potential to do more ie: pool bar more drink varieties, snacks. Rooms were very spacious, hallway air flow could improve though going from a/c elevator to no ac to a/c room Considering the hotel is fairly new, it would be one to come back to in the future. Also Jeju itself is amazing

We stayed on the resort side. Rooms were very modern and clean. They have separate family pool and no-kids pool which was nice. Breakfast is a set menu which doesn’t include coffee/beverage—not a buffet. breakfast isn’t quite worth the price of the upgrade. One of the rare hotels that offer two bedroom suites for a reasonable price!
