"건물이 오래되긴 했어도 조금씩 리뉴얼 해서 유지하려는 리조트 노력은 보이지만, 바닥에 머리카락이 많이 떨어져 있고, 의자에 모래가 있는 등 청소는 깨끗하게 못했어요. 프런트에 말씀 드리니깐 방을 바꿔주긴 했습니다만, 바꾼 방이 조금 낫긴해도 조금 아쉬운 부분이 있습니다. 영실코스 가려고 잡은 방인데, 영실 코스 갈 분 아니면 그다지 추천은 못할 것 같아요."

"Breakfast was delicious but somwwhat limited and mostly korean food. Laundry was convenient but a little expensive (10,000 won). Location is great and near the waterfalls and restaurants. Free parking was very covenient. Hotel is clean but a little dated. Bedding and linen were clean and new. Lota of space for a family of 4 in the family suite."

One small comment was when we asked the staff to help us find a tangerine farm experience, we reached there to find it was closed possibly since the season is over. Also SUV parking is not allowed in the hotel but there are plenty of free public parking nearby which was not an issue. "

"저는 렌트카가 있어서 일단 교통편에 문제가 전혀 없었어요. 부모님, 제 아이, 아이 아빠와 일부러 조용한 곳에서 지내려 계획했기에 한라산에서 가까운 곳에서 자고 말을 본다는 숙소가 저희에게는 꽤 매력적이었어요. 직원분들 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 바베큐 꼭 하세요. 참고로 저희는 여기서 3일 지냈고 이 루트로 여행을 갔습니다. 숙소-한라산 1100고지 (가벼운 산책을 위한 습지공원)-서귀포 자연휴양림-서귀포 올레시장-중문 관광단지-함덕해수욕장. 엠버 리조트 옆 앰버 퓨어힐 공사중이던데 다음에 오면 여기로 오겠어요!"
