Comfortable stay in great location

Great location and walking distance to many tourist spots. Wonderful service from staff and received an upgraded, larger room with comfortable beds. Highly recommend and will return for another stay.

Hotel to remember

Best hotel we’ve stayed.and we’ve travelling for a long time.the manager is what I call one who goes the extra mile for service We will remember this stay and if we go back to Jeju Island this hotel is where we’ll stay

Very friendly staff and parking attendant who took care of parking our car. The rooms were clean but the layout of the washrooms were a bit odd with the shower and toilet in the same room without any dividers, so water from the shower sprayed onto the toilet and the entire floor would be wet. Great location being walking distance to the Maeil Olle Market and close to lots of restaurants.

The hotel is close to Olle Market, Seogwipo attractions, and bus stops. The room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast food is really delicious. In particular, I have never seen such friendly staff anywhere else. I will definitely go back to this hotel next time I go to Seogwipo.

Very friendly staff! They gave usefull recommendations and were always quick to greet us. They do the valet parking as well, so no parking worries. The hotel is newly built and feels premium. The breakfast had multiple options.

Good and quiet location

Quiet area and sited in food streets. Walking distance to shops and multiple restaurants. Simple brekkie buffet at cheap price with juice tea and fresh milk (but not coffee). You can buy one at the front desk or the GS25 opposite to the hotel. It's convenient if you start your day early.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Immaculate room, comfortable beds. Excellent location close to so many restaurants and walkable to some attractions. Valet parking so convenient. I find the hotel to be incredible value considering the room and service quality. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Seogwipo. The staff are so thoughtful, helpful, warm and kind - it really makes the stay extra pleasant. Thank you!

The staff was genuinely polite and helpful. One of the best customer service I've ever experienced during my extensive travels over the last 20 years. The hotel was incredibly clean and my family appreciated the convenient location to all the beautiful parks and waterfalls. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and although the location is near a lot of restaurants and landmarks, the area is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever in Seogwipo!

The best hotel experience in Jeju! The hotel is new, clean and well developed. The host and staff are super friendly and polite. They even help park the car and upgraded us the hotel room. The executive family room is spacious and comfy with two bedrooms and bathrooms. I will definitely come again and recommend who are planning to Jeju south.

Mr Jay is a fantastic host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the hotel is newly refurbished, and very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast (which Mr Jay graciously offered for free) was delicious. The only regret we had was that we stayed only for a night. This property is conveniently placed- within a walkable distance from the market, the waterfall, and plenty of good food places. Highly recommended!

Amazing service from uncle Jay and team. Staff immediately assist with luggage and car as soon as we drove in. Jay upgraded our room to give the kids more space and they absolutely loved it. Location is great if you want to do shopping and walk down to the seogwipo market. Definitely wish we were staying for more than 1 night. Would definitely go back if we are traveling to Jeju again
