This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The hotel was amazing. The views from my room were beautiful. I had a partial ocean view with a what looked like a bird sanctuary on the other side. It was a magical experience. It is right on the ocean with beach access. I cannot wait to come back and visit Jeju and this hotel again!

However, I was disappointed that, despite being a Gold member on Expedia and staying at a VIP Access property, I didn’t receive any rewards or perks. I expected more recognition for loyalty, especially from a hotel listed as VIP.

What a beautiful hotel. They have a stunning ocean view. It is a high end hotel, so their food is over priced. Cafe shaved ice was $80. I would stay here again for their view though!

The property provides incredible views of the ocean and nice to walk around the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobby area restaurants are modern looking and clean. The hotel could do a better job with the outside of the property. You can see the rust marks from balcony running down the walls outside, rust in the metal shutter dividers that separate the balcony of one room and the other. The path that goes from the property to the beach has a lot of garbage on the sides.

Wonderful stay with beautiful view of the ocean, surrounding is tranquil and the infinity pool is sublime, staff are very helpful and speak English I would absolutely recommend and hope to return soon
