「There were cleanliness issues in the room and breakfast ended 30 minutes before the time relayed at check-in by the front desk. I have not had similar issues at this chain before. Otherwise the hotel is new and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly.」

The AC unit leaked a 10 foot stream of water across the floor overnight, soaking our clothing. The staff didnt care when informed, simply stating we would need to get a refund from Expedia, not them.
