「Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The hotel lobby and lobby bar is so charming. It reminds me of a hotel in NYC. We ate breakfast in the restaurant, the food was great and the atmosphere was great as well. The rooms and staff will not disappoint. Will definitely return😊」

「First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to...
