Park in the Water Street Garage, 200 E. Water Street, rather than the open air parking lot. MUCH cheaper.

Amazed that every store we went to was scooter and wheelchair accessible! The businesses dated back to early 1900s, and some older, so look at old interior features. If you want inexpensive meals, check out the Jefferson Theater, the Taco Theater, and eat in the old lobby. Their $10 plates are HUGE! Ask about the very old projector behind the check out register. Also, great lunch pies at the Pie Shop. Inexpensive, home-made, get there a bit early for seating.

Quite a variety of restaurants and shopping areas by foot. Prepare for parking options and ,then, walk.
