"My family and i stayed here for a week. Very nice hot breakfast, very clean dining area. Room was very spacious and clean. Pool options were great my daughter is 5 and just learning to swim and this hotel offered a toddler pool as well as the big pool and hot tub. The game room was great. Laundry room worked well washers and dryers are alittle old but they worked well. Customer service was excellent anytime we needed anything like towels or toilet tissue they were really quick with getting the items to us. Hotel was very quiet even when they was packed with people you never heard any noise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and my family and I will definitely be staying here again."
"Loved our stay at Music Road resort hotel. We arrived a little early to check in. Staff went above and beyond to get us situated so we could make our dinner show. Spacious room was well appointed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, with amazing views of the Smokies. Definitely worth the upgrade IMO. "
"We loved everything about our stay. The only thing I would suggest is the air conditioner didn't get real cold at 65 degrees. Also the morning we were checking out they knocked on our door 3 times to see if we were in there. This was an hour and a half before checkout time. Other than that, we will stay there again. "
"Vacation Offer (VO) jerked us around from a two-bedroom unit in Gatlinburg which we signed up for, to this hotel with two separate one-bedroom rooms. VO probably won't even pay for one of the rooms. The desk clerks were patient with our situation and even tried to intercede for us, but were told only the owner of the travel could call about it."
