"Awesome location, directly across the street from the beach. No AC in main part of house. AC ran great in all bedrooms. Hot tub was not operational, and there was not toilet seat on one of the toilets. Manager said owner was shipping one from US, but never arrived. No daily housekeeping, refrigerator did not get or stay cold. And taxis we arranged for pick up to leave, never arrived. We were allotted one towel per person, and had to ask to get them changed out. "Este es mi hotel favorito en Holbox. Si buscas un lugar frente a un mar cristalino y tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, este es el lugar perfecto. Me encanta la decoración, la música y, sobre todo, el propósito del lugar: relajarte, desconectarte y disfrutar de una experiencia de bienestar. Tal vez el restaurante puede ser un poco costoso, pero en la época en la que fui, los precios del hotel eran mucho más bajos, así que definitivamente lo compensaba. El servicio es excelente. Nuestro mesero, Juan, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, siempre atento pero sin hacernos sentir que invadía nuestro espacio. En general, súper recomendado si vas a Holbox con el objetivo de relajarte, desconectarte y disfrutar de la naturaleza."

"The staff here was very helpful. The location is amazing although if you’re looking for quiet, this is not the place for you. Bike rentals nearby, beautiful beach, places to dance and get food.
