My husband and I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and we truly appreciated being able to check in earlier than the scheduled time. Even though we booked a standard room, it was wonderful, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, and everything from the curtains to the overall cleanliness was outstanding. We would especially like to thank Isaac and the entire staff for their kindness and attentive service. Breakfast was phenomenal and a perfect way to start each day. We truly hope to return to Holbox soon, and when we do, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much for such a lovely stay.

Beautiful resort, quiet and stunning beach area. You can walk down the beach for a few restaurants but need a taxi to go to town. Check in was smooth, Gabriella was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautiful ocean view.

I really liked the location. With the one of the best beaches near by Punta Cocos. Because there are few rooms . The place is quiet and calm. You will for sure have a relaxing time. The personal is very friendly and you can have their WhatsApp numbers just in case. You are able to your own food and drinks. Or you get a 10% discount with your stay at DK Hotel in one of the best places to eat in the Island : Fuego.(restaurant from AWA)

Property is brand new so it has a little bit of lack of amenities. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The view is amazing and the swimming pool excellent. Location is good and walkable to the city center or other beaches nearby. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, the staff is great. Overall we enjoyed the stay, the pool was enough for my kids and the ocean was right there for them. Seems like they are still working on the outdoor/kitchen area? Food is not available at the facility, but there are restaurants near you, your choices are somewhat limited, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The hotel is in a quiet are away from downtown. One thing you must know, if you travel with more than 4 people, you have to get 2 taxis, doesn’t matter the age (even a baby counts). That made it inconvenient for us to be paying for 2 taxis and limited us from moving around the island to stay within budget. Since the hotel is far from the ferry and downtown, they charge you the higher rate. We had 2 small issues, it rained one day pretty hard so we had a fairly big leak, water came through one of the cool beam support, making a puddle inside the room. One night (we traveled with 3 kids) we fell asleep with the tv on, it wasn’t loud or anything but we all fell asleep watching the movie and we had a noise complaint against my room so be conscious of that. Overall it’s great, depending on what you’re looking for. It was the first time in the island so I didn’t really know how much it was going to cost do activities and stay on budget. It was a great stay for a great price at one of the most beautiful places in Mexico!

Room and the whole experience was excellent! Exactly how described when you choose your booking. And more: very friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast, authentic to the location with attention to detail and prepared with pride. Location could not be better - right on the beach, quiet, away from the loud and sometimes abnoxious music of hotels and bars “downtown “. Unless it’s a vibe you are going for. Would strongly recommend!

This hotel isn’t too close to downtown, but my husband and I loved it! The view was beautiful, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Gibran was amazing — very friendly and helpful at the front desk. He really made our stay even better!
