The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was spacious enough, very comfortable, and impeccably clean.
Breakfast, which was included, was good and enjoyable. However, we also tried having dinner at the restaurant and found the food to be very mediocre, especially considering the hotel’s standards.
One important thing to consider is the location. The hotel is quite far from downtown, and each trip costs around 200 pesos, which adds up quickly.
The beach in front of the hotel is small and not ideal for long walks, unlike the other side of the island (my last stay), which ended up being my favorite. Additionally, there was ongoing construction on the beach as part of the hotel’s expansion, and the noise from the equipment was noticeable and disruptive at times.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but the location, beach limitations, and construction noise are important factors to keep in mind when booking.
