「Hotel Manager Isra will help with anything and solve everything ( lost phone on taxi , beach club suggestion, etc :) . Great central and relatively quiet location. Being a block off the beach was advantageous since we were walled off from the flying sand. Some of the best restaurants and shops on the island are less than a five minute walk. Great pool for days not on the beach. Even some wildlife scampering around ( raccoons ) Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Holbox . 」

「The location is good 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is very quiet, looking good but not maintained has it should be. Staff are not present, rarely there is receptionist and you have to call them if you need anything. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived and my bed sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and dishes were in bad shape.」

Idéalement placé à Holbox : calme et près de la plage et l'animation de la ville. Pour le petit déjeuner on vous conseil le restaurant (5 minutes à pied) qui est juste en face du refuge pour chiens et chats!」

「Lovely small hotel. Everyone was helpful, friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Yoga in the morning, followed by the best breakfast, then some lounging in the private beach. Location convenient for exploring town without needing a taxi. Highly recommend!」

「Muy buena ubicacion, el personal en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente al ofrecernos servicio de tours y renta de bicis o transporte, igual nos dieron chance de salir mas tarde de la habitacion ta que llegamos tarde de un tour, hasta nos lavaron un cambio de ropa mojada, la amenidad del refri, micro y sink con vajilla disponible, la alberca muy bien y el estilo lindo, se nita que es nuevo el lugar. Muy agradecida cpn el personal.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It is obvious that this property is loved based on how it is cared for. The staff was amazing, especially Brian, who set up a nice surprise for my wife on her birthday--we didn't request it, he just saw her birthdate on her passport! The views are amazing, and the beach club was peaceful and gorgeous. It was very nice to be close to everything downtown, and while there was some audible sound from bars, etc. it was totally fine for us. For people who want a silent...
