"OPAF! This hotel is a great example of having a prime location and taking full advantage of where it sits in a beach town by overcharging for what I consider to be low-quality accommodations. I’ve paid less for amazing, all-inclusive resorts, with food and drinks included. The rooms are old and outdated, musty and underwhelming. They need to replace a majority of the exterior, including all of the outside fencing around the pool. The breakfast was something I would expect if Motel 6 had a complementary breakfast. If you’re going to overcharge, maybe hold back some of the money from your shareholders and make this property’s value a little more comparable to the price you charge. "

"There was nobody at the desk for about 8 minutes when I was trying to check in. But everyone was very nice. Clean property, nice large room. "

"Upon arrival waited to be checked in ..amount charged was definitely different then charged on Expedia website. Got room 601 view was amazing however vety dissatisfied with room conditions. Mould or appeared to look like mould on ceiling near balcony door along with mould or appeared to look like mould in bathroom ceiling. Room felt dirty . Only stayed 2 nights ..felt unsafe at hotel during stay. The pool was vandalized during stay . People at hotel visiting wrre obvious racist 🙄 absolutely unacceptable. Pool side loungers old dirty looking . Got rash all over body after using one while tanning. Worst hotel experience while visiting DAYTONA... i could go on and on but what difference will it make.. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER...do better !!"

"Would not recommend booking at this Hyatt. Way too many inconveniences. For starters out of only 2, there was only 1 elevator working and this property had 10 floors. So most of my vacation was spent waiting on the elevator. The steps weren’t an option the hotel locked the exit door to the steps stating it was a safety hazard so you were forced to wait 10-15 minutes for the 1 working elevator. My stay was for 4 nights and we never saw housekeeping. We had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and toilet tissue since the rolls our room came with were halfway used. This also required waiting on the 1 elevator to go downstairs. The parking is extremely tight so just expect for your car to have new dings and scratches. There are no microwaves in the room but the property said they provide a “community” microwave well it disappeared on my 2nd night being there and the front desk said it was broke and they did not replace it. This was a very disappointing trip and when I went to speak with the manger to see what plan they have in place for all the inconveniences I had this weekend I was told there was nothing they can do since I booked through a 3rd party. Very disappointing and the staff was really inconsiderate. "
