「這次住的是本館旁的新館，作為青年旅社功能蠻基本的，算乾淨。離車站也不遠，外圍有很多的餐廳店家。 空間偏狹窄，有交誼廳公共區域但不大，有微波爐，但沒有提供飲用水。有提供毛巾和基本備品還不錯。」

「這次旅程為了去吉祥寺和池袋、東京巨蛋等地方，選了走路到中央總武線大久保站4分鐘、到山手線新大久保站8分鐘的這間民宿，交通上非常便利。鄰近的韓國街除了美味的韓國烤肉還有各國料理，到晚上十點還是非常熱鬧，晚點抵達不怕餓肚子。旅館報到時間從15:00-21:00很寬裕，櫃檯英文很好，態度友善使人安心。我們住了四晚，第三天有提供清潔服務。」

「環境清幽舒適，木製地板很有家的溫馨感。不過床不是很長，不建議身高178cm以上者入住。 距離山手線新大久保站步行10分鐘以內，隔一站就是交通四通八達的新宿，不趕時間的話也可以直接走去新宿搭車。房子雖然離鐵軌很近，但不至於造成噪音干擾。 附近生活機能頗佳，餐廳、超市、便利商店、藥妝店，走路範圍內就有很多選擇。比較特別的是，附近是韓國區，韓式料理店林立，也有很多賣韓貨的店，而且四處播放著K-POP。 房門無法上鎖，床前的個人置物櫃可上鎖，不過要自備鎖頭。」
