I liked that it was within walking distance to a train station which made it easy to travel through Tokyo. Amenities were self service they even had face masks, toothpaste, packets of sun screen among other things. The rooms are small but that is the expected, good value.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Hotel was great. The location of the hotel was not. The streets all around the hotel were filled with trash and riffraff. Didn’t feel safe walking back to our hotel in the evening.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The hotel reception is located in the mall building, 3rd floor. It’s honestly great because there’s a Lawson and family mart within the building opened 24/7. You can even walked Shinjuku station completely underground!! There’s also a bunch of restaurants in the hotel if you want a convenient option. ...

The room was clean. Staff were excellent. I did not have breakfast at the property. I found it on the pricy side. Air conditioning was excellent.
