「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「The rooms were great. Very spacious, fully stocked kitchen and extremely clean. We loved having access to the 8th floor with the steam room, sauna, fitness center, game rooms, and socializing areas 24/7. Would love to experience it in the summer with the pool and outdoor areas. We were also fortunate enough to attend during their Christmas Brunch buffet which was such a great perk! If the price stays around the same, I will continue to stay at Level hotels exclusively in any cities I visit that...

「What’s great little find. We frequent Chicago one very regular basis and this was by far the most friendly and cleanest establishment we have stayed at since COVID. Bravo. Only draw back is no pets. Other than that I couldn’t find anything to complain about. Quiet. Oh you can’t control your temperature. It got a little toasty at night but some trade offs. 」
