"Our stay was overall comfortable, with clean facilities and courteous staff, but the hotel’s pet policy needs better enforcement. While we understand and appreciate that pets are allowed, a dog in next room was left alone overnight and barked and cried all night, making it very difficult for my family to rest. Pet-friendly hotels should ensure animals are properly supervised to avoid disturbing other guests, and with clearer guidelines or enforcement, this issue could easily be prevented. Other than this, everything else about our stay was good."

"Need to use soft close mechanism on doors so they do not slam. HVAC very loud, couldn't use. Peeling paint in room. Why give us mugs if there is no coffeemaker in the room?"

"Clean room, parking limited and garage cramped. No protein for breakfast (very helpful), staff very helpful, need an elevator. Air was good. I would stay there again. Walking distance to Hollywood Walk."
