「I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel through the Hotels.com app and paid the full amount up front as a non-refundable booking. When I arrived around 9 PM, I was denied entry. The front desk said they would not accept my online payment and demanded that I pay the full amount again in person. 「During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. After I reiterated my discomfort and hygiene concerns, I was eventually...

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」
