"Kk so we did find a bed bug. One single bug. But the hotel takes it seriously as it should and removed us from the room and gave us another ocean view from a neighboring hotel. We liked our original room and the staff was great. Moving was a hassle and took a few hours out of our day but everything was accommodated the best way I could imagine. Galveston is great and affordable. The kids loved the ocean and the rooms were great outside my child finding the little stowaway in the bed. I will stay there again."

"It was totally wonderful there Will not hesitate to stay there again and thanks to the wonderful staff. The balcony had a lovely view The breakfast was good, lacked some type of meat though.pasteries would be sa nice touch too. The staff was totally marvelous. Really enjoyed talking to the afternoon desk registration woman. She was hilarious to talk to. The room was immaculate. Enjoyed my stay immensely!"

"The room was spacious, and cool. The staff wasn’t the greatest help when checking in at night. The mini golf area was flooded while we stayed so we didn’t get to use it. The breakfast was just cereal. And the stairs to get to the top levels could use some maintance, they were missing chunks of concrete."
