「The Hotel does not have a business center. I like to gather my thoughts then type them out. I usually like to either be in a business center of the hotel or an area that has a table or two off the lobby. This hotel did not have it. My room had an elevated credenza that I could have used but the mounted TV was directly above it. Except for that, the Elyton Hotel was a great choice. The rooftop bar/lounge Moon Shine was very accommodating and staffed with some fun people as well!」

「We particularly enjoyed how accommodating the staff was to our requests. We wanted extra towels and they immediately made that happen, our car was immediately greeted and unloaded by the valet, making check-in very smooth. Its central location to excellent dining was also a huge plus!」

「Parking is NOT free unless you want to park on the street where there are a bunch of homeless people walking around and sleeping. You’re basically forced to park VIP which is almost $40 per night. The shower head in our room didn’t work. Not once did we ever see the cleaning crew. No one came to replace the trash bags or clean the room during our stay which was only over the weekend but we were never even offered clean towels. The breakfast was ok but was what I’d expected. 「The parking situation is a disaster. That's where my criticism lies. First off, I didn't know at first I'd have to pay for parking or I never would have elected to stay there. Then, they told me that their parking lot was full. (So...I have a room reservation but you don't have a parking space for me?) Then I was told, "You need to reserve a parking space in advance." WHAT??? I had never been told this before. Then, I was told that I could park at a lot across the street from the hotel...

「Self parking is meter parking there's a $23@day fee for parking in the garage!! Didn't know this before arrival so maybe it'll help someone else!! Everything else was fine.」

「Definitely a note for travelers is to call way ahead for your valet car! It takes them 30 min at least to retrieve your car as a routine. Otherwise the hotel is great. Also be prepared for the local bike riders to harass you on the street if you are two women alone or alone. Be smart! We were followed as a mom and daughter. It’s not a place to explore outside the hotel. They have four restaurants right outside that are great choices.」

「So disappointed in this Sheraton Inn. The traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep. There was a noise cancelling machine in the room but even at the highest setting, the noise was unbearable. The food at the restaurant was very expensive and more like a tv dinner. The hotel overall needed a good cleaning and some updating. We’ve stayed at many Sheraton Inn’s around the country and always enjoyed the stay until this trip. Choose a different hotel if you can.」
