「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「Staff all very helpful and in the restaurant too.Room v clean. Just one thing - we couldn’t turn off bedside lights so slept with them on. In the morning asked reception and there is a small button which we didn’t notice under the light. Pity it didn’t tell you that in the room. 」
