Had an absolutely lovely weekend stay at the Camden Arms. All staff were wonderful, very helpful. We ate there both evenings and enjoyed breakfast both mornings. Dinner portions are huge so much so I couldn’t eat all mine but the fajitas were absolutely delicious. The garden setting is tranquil and relaxing. The bedroom facilities catered for what we needed. It was definitely a hotel I would recommend. Great value for money. Thank you to all the staff and Manager for making us feel welcome.

Very comfortable hotel with nice bar, restaurant and garden areas. We had two evening meals here, both of which were excellent. Very good cooked full English breakfast (served at table - not buffet) and lighter options available. The rooms are situated away from the dining and bar areas so there was no noise from there. All the staff were friendly and helpful: breakfast, bar staff and restaurant waiting staff. We found the location perfect between visiting Leeds Castle and Hever Castle.

A lovely traditional pub within striking distance of many beautiful places. The food was always great particularly the breakfast and came out wonderfully hot and on hot place which is so often an issue in other hotels. It's lovely to sit out in the garden and we were staying while the World Cup and Wimbledon were on and it was easy to catch the games in the evening but also lots of space to get away from the action. All in all if you're looking for perfection and a name brand hotel for your stay then this isn't it but if you want friendly staff , nice food and a traditional pub atmosphere with lots of pub decor with a twist of France added in then this would be the one for you. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - big thank you to all the staff . PS It was really nice of you to provide a bag of clean towels, additional tea bags, coffee etc when we had left a do not disturb sign on our door as we didn't think it was needed for a 2 night stay.
