「The room was very clean. I liked the lighting very much. I felt very welcomed. It's a very nice hotel, with a laid back, but professional atmosphere. The staff was awesome, and the valet is worth it. That was our first night ever in Grand Rapids. 」

「The showers in the locker room did not work. The pool had fans randomly sitting around the pool deck. The hallways and stairwells were well worn and in need of paint. No restaurant on property or continental breakfast. 」

「The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. 「I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when...
