「The room we stayed in said it was a partial ocean view. When looking out the sliding glass doors from the living room, we had more of an ocean view than we were expecting. We also had partial ocean views when looking out from both bedrooms. The property has 3 pools and one of them is a quiet pool, which is the one we used the most. We arrived after hours and the security guy was helpful with showing us where the condo was located and then we were able to go the next morning to finish checking...

「Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort.」

「We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!」

「All the other condos in the area have access to the garage, and they also have beach gear stored there, left by owners and other renters. I rented another one a few buildings down that supplied everything, and we bought a bunch of beach gear and left it there for the next people, in addition to what the owner had left. However, this one had no access to the garage or the beach gear, which was a bit disappointing because we had to buy all sorts of beach gear. When we left, we left it somewhere...

「This place exceed my expectations! The beds were comfortable, the place was lovely, the balcony was amazing, and the location was perfect! There was also a beach umbrella, chairs, AND a boogie board available to use during beach days which my kids and I greatly appreciated. The whole Waikoloa area is adorable with shops, restaurants, and a beach all within a couple minutes of driving. This was my first visit to Hawaii and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here! Also….if you choose...

We had a pretty good storm while staying there. The mgmt company stayed in contact throughout wroth updates. They are fantastic to deal with. 」
