This was a very nice place. I was actually pleasantly surprised considering the price was more in line with a hotel rather than a resort. I did not realize though, that it is a time share and i was asked to attend a 90 minute presentation which i did not go to. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort and had a wonderful time. The unit was clean, very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the free parking and the location. We didn't have time to use the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts or bbq grills, but overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back!

For us it was very restful since we got back to kona side from a wedding during hurricane Lala. Really nothing we could do on this trip but the Lanai was excellent looking at the morning mountain fog. Staff was super friendly

Very nice and clean for an older complex. The staff were always helpful. But the parking lot is so far away from some units. Occasionally the cart would stop and offer a ride. But they were not always around.
