「Good experience」

「We were traveling with a small dog (six pounds) and selected the hotel based on pet friendliness. All the staff who met our dog were kind and happy to see her. The staff, in general were really very helpful and went out of their way to make the three of us welcome and comfortable. The property is well located. 「Great place. We booked a suite at this hotel after a bad Airbnb experience. The hotel staff was awesome. There were no issues checking-in and the place had a decent view, Quality of breakfast is good. We will book it again.」

「If I could give zero stars, I would. Our stay at Holiday Inn Roseville was incredibly disappointing and honestly disturbing. We stayed for 9 days, and housekeeping barely happened. Our room went 3 straight days without being cleaned. Trash piled up, towels weren’t consistently refreshed, and basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were often not replenished. For the price and the length of our stay, that level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable. The most upsetting part...
