Bad Customer Service

Front desk staff is extremely rude and unwilling to accommodate a guest for any reason. The room bathrooms can use a major scrub and update. Good for the price I paid but will most likely not stay at a Holiday Inn again due to the service.

I recently needed to be in this area for business. I had never stayed here before so I knew nothing about the area and chose this hotel based on reviews. Could not recommend it more. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Fitness center nice. Restaurant and bar onsite was not only convenient but very good.

The staff was amazing. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. The food at the restaurant/bar was very good and the service even better. Our extended family was there for our uncle’s memorial service. The staff did everything to accommodate us and find a place where we could meet and visit after the service. Just wonderful.
