"Amazing hotel with unbeatable location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. You can order eggs in any style and pho a la carte. However, the staff was by far the best part of the hotel. They were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The spa was also excellent and especially cheap for hotel guests (35% off)."

"I had a wonderful 3-night stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. The hotel is beautifully located over the lake, offering peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere away from the busy city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making the stay feel effortless from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...
