"Amazing staff very attentive and helpful. The room, the onsen are very clean and well maintained. The food was amazing. Steps from a couple of conbinis and good restaurants. Only slight downside is that it’s a bit of a walk (20 min) or a short drive to Goryu ski resort. It’s a 15min cab ride to Happo. Didn’t find the public buses to be as easy or convenient to use so we used cabs or walk."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. "
