Our room was clean upon arrival; however, we encountered bugs and mosquitoes inside our 3rd floor room. This didn’t particularly bother us, but it may have an impact on other guests. "We did the Tateyama Alpine Route from Toyama and decided to stay in Omachi. To get to Omachi there is a bus you can catch after getting off the tunnel electric bus in Ogizawa. We were pleasantly surprised with our room located on the top floor and had our own balcony. We stayed in a traditional Japaneses room which had its own toilet and bathroom. The onsen offered at this hotel is fantastic. Inside and outside onsen with sauna. The staff are helpful. Due to the timing of luggage forward...

Our room was clean upon arrival; however, we encountered bugs and mosquitoes inside our 3rd floor room. This didn’t particularly bother us, but it may have an impact on other guests. There’s also not a lot to do, activity wise around this hotel. I would highly recommend renting a car (prior to arriving at Keisui) or else you may suffer from boredom during the day. If you didn’t rent a car, take advantage of their daily shuttle service at 10am, which takes you to Shinano-Omachi Station. From there, you can either tour the cute city or rent an e-bike and go sightseeing. "
