I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it! The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here again next season!

The communications were clear and prompt. We were picked up from the bus station despite arriving at Hakuba around 10.30pm. The property is also equipped with amenities that one can reasonably expect.
