「Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

「It was dirty, run down, leaking, smelly, sticky, and broken. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom was gross, the faucet leaked, and there was NO hot water. We asked at the front desk for help after 30 minutes of trying to get hot water only to be told the boiler is broken. The floor in our room was sticky and damp. The room smelled like pee. There was a wall of windows that looked into the hallway but no way to open a window for fresh air. There were 2 electric outlets...

「The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs...

「Shower head leaked, carpeting was filthy and laundry was piled up in the dining area, so I checked out a day early and since I booked thru you the second day of the stay is non refundable not doing this again.」

「Little wait to check in but staff was pleasant and once they were done helping others guests check in was fast. There is a musty smell in the hotel so guessing water damage at some point. Room wasn't super clean but for price was fine. Good value. Easy to get to and good lit oarkingare」

「The room itself was very nice and clean. Some aspects of the hotel are dated and need work. There is remodeling being done so this was not unusual. The work done in the rooms is good.」

「The hotel and Brew Brothers restaurant on site was wonderful. We would have stayed a 2nd night if they hadn't been sold out. Front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel is close to Lost Island as well.」
