"Staff was super nice and very helpful! Very accommodating. Great place to take family. If we come back to Waterloo soon we will definitely stay there again! "
"I wish I had more time to stay here and explore the area—the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming.
There isn’t onsite parking, but I only had to walk a block to free parking. The hotel does provide a space in the back for unloading and checking in, which was convenient. I even walked to my car late at night and felt completely safe.
The rooms are huge and spotless, and the shower pressure was amazing—just what I needed after a long drive.
My only complaint was the pillows, which I didn’t find very comfortable. If you’re picky, it doesn’t hurt to bring your own."
