I absolutely love this hotel bc my daughter loves the pool and it’s very affordable. They are dog friendly (I have a service dog but I like it’s dog friendly) in general. The staff is very nice and the only downfall is the restaurant that’s in there as you walk in doesn’t have a kids menu and their food isn’t great and it’s expensive! But the ice cream shakes are good…but that’s my only compliment on that particular place to eat.

We stayed on 3rd floor the view was terrible just saw the flat roof and AC units we only stayed because my son had to go for surgery at Allen Hospital and i wanted him to have fun incase he didnt make it which he did so far I would of loved to see Waterloo but the view really was rotten

The hotel rooms could use refurbishing, they are outdated and worn. The location worked well for me while in town. The staff were great and very helpful. I stayed 3 nights and never received an option to have my room cleaned, I had to empty my own garbage. The Brew Brothers restaurant was good.

Housekeeping banging loud around our room not being professional listening to music buds in their ears so they couldn't hear you tell them anything and probably is the reason the idiots couldn't figure out they were pizzing people off that were trying to sleep!

I booked this property and paid through Expedia. When I arrived they told me that they overbooked and didn’t have my room. I felt the staff member was less than apologetic. Overall, terrible experience. We had driven 3 hours to get there.
