「The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. 「The pool is closed for maintenance they say but it just seems to be empty with no water. The floor in our room was sticky and there was a q tip on the floor. The gfi didn't work so you couldn't use thr plug by the sink. Seems to be mainly people living there monthly. Someone knocked on our window in the middle pf the night so at that point we decided to check out early」

「I have stayed at this hotel multiple times an every time I’m beyond happy! The beds & pillows are so comfortable, I never want to leave! The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing! It’s so clean and the pool is always clean with towels ready to go! The staff is so helpful & nice they even offer fans if you need one to help you sleep!
