「I booked this property and paid through Expedia. When I arrived they told me that they overbooked and didn’t have my room. I felt the staff member was less than apologetic. Overall, terrible experience. We had driven 3 hours to get there.」

「We have stayed here often and were concerned because it had kind of went downhill and were thinking about changing where we stay. But they have changed management and appears they are trying to make things better. They were putting in new mattresses when we were there - we got a room with a new one, very nice! Also the breakfast was very good and they stayed on top of keeping things cleaned up. And one thing that hasn't changed, staff was excellent as usual, very friendly and helpful. Also...

「I really like the area Bolder's is located. I'm relocating to Waterloo for work & used this hotel while I searched for housing. The staff at check-in was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and property offers free parking. This location is just off the interstate & the noise of traffic/trucks going by was no issue. They offered coffee, breakfast & WiFi. Would stay here again. 」

「Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

「The property condition was okay. There was a humming noise in our room which was quite disturbing. I think it was the ice machine that was next to our room. The guest above us kept getting up throughout the night and kept stamping. This lasted into the early hours of the morning I’m not sure what was their problem. The heating system was noisy as well. Despite the noise issued expressed, the hotel was okay.」

「The bed was terrible. Felt like we were sleeping on wood. It made lots of noise with the slightest movement you made. The pool and fire pit areas were great. Would not choose to stay here again though due to the very uncomfortable bed. 」
