Room was very clean (and I'm a stickler for clean). The evening staff member was wonderful! Breakfast was better than the usual breakfast fare. Fresh fruit, normal hot foods, yogurt, PB, decaffeinated tea, etc. We've stayed here before and will do so again. No complaints by me.

Comfort Inn Waterloo

Overall, this hotel provides a comfortable rest. Issues were stains on the carpet and a broken card reader on the side door.

Easy place to stay

Friendly staff at check in, a little bit of noise in the hallway while we were trying to go to sleep but otherwise a good stay. Lots of breakfast choices.

We had a very nice staff member check us in and help us. She was helpful to our family of 14 get into our rooms. We had stained sheets on both beds. Regrettably, the stains were on the outside of the made bed so we spotted it right away. I dont know why any hotel would regain using stained sheets. There is no way housekeeping could not have seen the stains since there were up by the pillows.

Good value hotel. I didn’t give them 5 stars in all categories because the elevator was undergoing renovations and it was not the prettiest sight. But everything was clean and the staff was professional. Target store very close.
