「The charm and comfort was outstanding! This was central to our visit over Waterloo. Lots of walking distance dining options. Rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast was both a delight and delicious. The hosts were generous and accommodating. We cannot wait to stay again.」

「This is an older property, it was okay, parking is across the street, so kind of inconvenient. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling through, it worked for our needs.」

「We had a king room and it was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. There was a little league baseball team there, but we never heard the kids. So rooms stayed quiet. Spacious & clean bathroom, too. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Are room was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The arrangement was different and the day/night was really hot. The air conditioner could not keep the room with the couch cool. The picture that was on the wall in the bathroom was off and the hardware was still on the wall. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was defrosting and there was water all over the counter. The cereal was soggy and some of the sausage was extremely overcooked.」

「This was an amazing place to stay! Clean and immaculate rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean. They had DIRECTV for service for watching TV. Their breakfast service was decent and delicious. The staff was attentive and took care of anything we needed. This is a great place to stay quite comfortable. I will be staying there again if I come back.」

「Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. 「the staff is very nice, this review is not about them. I cannot recommend staying here. This was our second time and i don’t know what happened but the hotel is in decline. the exterior doors to front are broken, the back side door doesn’t close or has a rock in it to let anyone in- so it’s not secure, anyone can get into hotel. So keep your doors fully locked. The first room was moldy and mildew with a wet carpet- they said we couldn’t switch as no other rooms- I looked for other...
