We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. 「The property isn’t as described as it is. There’s no pool, no breakfast or coffee regularly. I have only seen one person who made coffee! I have a little white dog who can barely walk due to health conditions. The manager claimed that she was out running the halls but yet can’t really walk. I don’t know how she would get the door open! Poor management, drunk and swearing a lot. If you can afford extra money for a different hotel I would recommend it!」

Replaced batteries in remote Friday night then dropped it off early Saturday explaining what was needed. They had all day to rectify, but waited until we came back late afternoon.
