"The staff was very friendly every time I passed the front desk they always greeted us we stay at this hotel every year to go to the waterpark and a couple of years ago they update it and I prefer the hardwood floors I feel like it’s easier to clean then carpet I just wish that the room doors didn’t slam shut because the people across from me I swear was slamming theirs like every 30 seconds at like 10 o’clock at night and after a long day at the waterpark, all I wanted to do was sleep, but it was preventing me from doing so"
