「Great customer service」

「The entire hotel smelled like the casino, even on the upper floors. When I checked in, I noticed that there was hair on the bed, so I went back down to the front desk and they gave me a new room. I didn’t check the bed in the second room until I was ready to go to bed. Big mistake. There was even more hair on the blanket under the top sheet on this bed. 「Great place for the price! Staff were friendly & check-in/out was very easy. Really good location, free breakfast & plenty of free parking. Room was clean & bed was very comfortable.」

「I didn’t like the fact that the room is only cleaned once a week, especially cleaning the bathroom and dumping the trash.」

「Breakfast was minimal and staff was slow to replace items that had been eaten. The room was clean and spacious, and the AC performed well. (The room was 88 when I arrived and cooled down to 72 within the hour.) This would be a solid 4 if the staff were available as needed.」
