「Clean rooms pool and hot tub well maintained. Casino was lively and Fun.」

「The staff was not helpful. There was one guy who was helpful but not overly friendly. They were more worried about who quit and gossiping in front of customers versus making sure the free breakfast was stocked. The overall Custer service was a major disappointment. If it weren’t for that it would have been a nice stay. Great location in Waverly and lots of things to do within walking distance. Easy parking.」

「We have stayed here often and were concerned because it had kind of went downhill and were thinking about changing where we stay. But they have changed management and appears they are trying to make things better. They were putting in new mattresses when we were there - we got a room with a new one, very nice! Also the breakfast was very good and they stayed on top of keeping things cleaned up. And one thing that hasn't changed, staff was excellent as usual, very friendly and helpful. Also...

There was no niche or shelf for toiletries in the shower, which was inconvenient. Of the five staff members I spoke to during the visit, only one graced us with a smile while we were there.
