Bed was not made completely with fitted sheets rolling up over mattress in the room assigned, pillows questionable, and some crumbs on the floor. They gave us a new room. The new room was ok, but obviously not cleaned thoroughly as there was still food in the cupboard from prior guests . At 830 am breakfast was out of oatmeal, eggs, sausage and we got the last yogurt. Juice dispenser not working, water dispenser not working, and out of napkins. We have stayed here several times in the past but the facility needs a refresh and a better staffing plan. Drew was doing his best at the front, but clearly didn't have the support needed. Will look at other hotels next time

overall hotel is about a three star. Looks pretty clean on the outside, but in the inside it’s slightly ran down but in the middle of a remodel. The Jacuzzi in the suite was very outdated but functional. The swimming pool area was about a four out of 10 as far as cleanliness so swimming with my child was a little concerning.

Rooms are generally clean, but there was ketchup or sauce on the wall by the microwave and other little things that show only the basic cleaning gets done. They over chlorinate the pool in the afternoon, so if you go later in the day and/or the evening it's so bad your eyes are burning and skin gets very irritated. I know this happens then because our 1st night there we went down to sit in hottub and it was so bad we couldn't hang out long. We avoided it Sat, then had grandkids spend the night and went down Sun early and it was perfect...pool was warm and no burning of the eyes. We took a break for lunch and went back down later. Then about 6ish I believe we seen them walk in with 5 gallons of (I assume) chlorine, because shortly after we started to feel the effects. If sitting in hottub you'd start coughing and the eyes started burning as well. Also if you want breakfast get down there early....they do not keep it stocked til the end, eggs ran out and was still 15min left (sign actually said 10:30 but we were told 10) and when Inasked if nore was coming Inwas told no, it closes at 10. There were several of us in there still, I'd maybe understand if it was just me....but since there more people I'm sure they would've gotten eaten.

Room was ok. The hot tub was not available for most of our stay due to apparent dirtiness? We didn’t get to use it our entire stay. The breakfast was terrible with no good options, bread was hard and stale. Would not stay here in the future.

The front desk staff English was not very intelligible. We arrive three hours after check-in in our room was not finished being cleaned. The floor had a dip in it and the bed was really hard. We stayed in the hotel with a large group and breakfast was not prepared to accommodate a large group and therefore ran out of food before we had to leave.

It was a beautiful room, and clean. Looked like they are currently rennovatiing or something due to weird tub floor. Also the toilet paper stand was like full on buster and leaning lol 😆 The room they had me in was right next to the laundry room so it was a bit liud, plus they were doing something right outside my door to the ceiling so that was also loud. Overall a really good stay, wish they had plowed the parkinglot more, lots of chunks of snow and ice made it hard to see the lines. Id probably stay again just request a different room.

Floor and shower were dirty upon arrival- let the front desk staff know and they said they would let housekeeping know, but nothing was rectified. Pool was a bit too cold to swim but hot tub was good (though there was quite a bit of sand or dirt piled up on the hot tub floor). Was nice to have a restroom/shower/changing room in the pool area. The hotel was nearly fully occupied so breakfast was a madhouse... could have benefitted from additional staff to keep it clean and stocked. The food was not good. The eggs were made with questionable cheese and the breads/pastries were stale. The waffle batter was separated and the use of plastic liners in the chaffing dishes was not good for food quality- causes too much condensation build up. Then was surprised that I had to shovel out my own car after it snowed overnight. Overall, disappointed with the accommodations but still got the job done for what we needed.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Nice bathroom, has a hair dryer. The breakfast was adequate, but not great.
