「I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. 」

「The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and had a variety of food. Our suite was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 for a 3 day weekend. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Reception/Guest Services were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. It was within 20-25 minutes of the zoo, union station and the downtown and within minutes of the Westport Plaza....

「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」
