「I loved the place because everything was close by」

「My room was clean.quite and the beds was comfortable will be back in August for sons graduation」

「The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service.」

「Upon arrival the check in proceeds was seamless , however the elevator was inoperable, all the vending machines except the one one in the lobby was working. I asked that I not be disturbed on Thursday ( I was staying from Wednesday-Sunday) only bc I was working they took that as no house keeping services the entire time, but this could be chalked up to miscommunication. 「Staff that was cleaning and doing renovations was kind of nosey. When we left to go to lunch before i left for work one of them was pretending to be cleaning in the hall but we could tell he had been listening at the door. My company felt very uncomfortable as we left to eat lunch and did not return to the room until I got off saying the men made her feel weird and unsafe. As for the front desk staff they was very professional and got us checked in and out without any issues.」

「Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and there seemed to always be someone cleaning the lobby. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold offerings (baked goods, make your own waffle, cereals, etc) and a different egg, meat and potato dish each day. The room was spacious and comfortable and had body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, which I appreciated because I forgot to pack my body wash! Nice indoor pool and small gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

「Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center.」
