「This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed; the rooms are clean with tons of character. I love the style and the history of the place. There is a yard with a large outdoor kitchen and other fun games and stuff. Great for the kiddos! I'd like to find a reason to go back to the area just so that I can stay at this place again! And the American River is just right down the road (if you don't mind driving a gravel road). Love it and would definitely recommend! 」

「I've stayed her a few times now. And the staff are very welcoming and the place is very clean. With complimentary drink tickets for a happy hour and a breakfast in the morning. It's also very easy to walk up to downtown grass valley」

「My mom needs a walker and there was no elevator. No bars to hold onto anywhere in the bathroom. Dining room was beautiful and good was very good. Debbie at the front desk was great when we checked in. Room was a little sparse-no TV just a bed and a dresser and a little noisy but hey, it’s an old heritage hotel. 」

「Cute place, clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit tight, you have to back out into the street to leave. I think the rooms are sound proofed, which was nice. Will definitely stay here again. They're also pet frindly with a small deposit, but call ahead of time to make sure you can get a pet friendly room. 」
