"The grounds are kept very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, from check in to the housekeeping! The pool area was beautiful. We enjoyed renting dvds and the kitchen area was well stocked. I do advise to bring your own throw blankets so when your lounging on the couch you can be a bit more comfortable, but other then that it was close to everything! "

"Being February, had excellent winter rates. We did not use the pool nor restaurant. However, when looking at a menu, I was pleasantly surprise that prices were very reasonable. We did have one problem. On our first morning, we foud out that the GFI outlets in the bathrooms did not work. That was reported to Guest Services and in about 20-30 minutes, help arrived. They said a circuit breaker was tripped. On the 2nd morning, the GFI outlets still did not work. We could not find a tripped circuit breaker. On check out, we reported the situstion again. We will be back to Williamsburg later in the year and intend to stay there again if we can find favorable rates."

"The place looks very nice but once in the room it was a different story. Found candy under the bed and then we looked even more under the bed because we had a 1 year old with us and found a weed vape pen under the bed back by the wall. The second day we were in the bed and then found an fake eyelash in the bed, I don't wear fake lashes. They also make you sign something about no drugs and smoking in the hotel but as soon as you walk on the first floor the first thing you smell is weed. It hits you like a ton of bricks! Wouldn't be that big of a deal if they didn't make you sign a special acknowledgment that it's a smoke free hotel. Staff was amazing though and very helpful! "

"The pools were great and the little kids had a ball. We rented a cabana which was great to relax and have some lunch before going back in. We have been to Great Wolf Lodge several times and have a blast every time. Thank you all"

"Place was a dump. Items broken all over. Obvious no sense of urgency to repair. Breakfast was terrible. This facility is trending downhill fast."

"Convenient to Bush Gardens and good breakfast but that's it. It was clean but not spotless. I didn't like that the hotel is on the side of the road, I felt very out there... lobby is small, again, not the nicest. No flexibility at all with room while hotel looked empty. If you want to feel a bit nice and special while away from home, keep looking. I stayed at better hotels in Williamsburg for just a little bit more money. If you just want to crash, wake up and eat, this is good. "
