「We had trouble getting in to our room as the batteries in the lock were bad, then the same with our remote for the tv. Kids in the hot tub were loud and kept it busy for a good bit of our stay. The staff was was very polite, alwas greeting you at evert chance. The breakfast wasn't all that great but still filling and clean. 」

「Our family has used this hotel for “staycations” for many years. IMO it’s the best value hotel in the area. The rooms are LARGE and clean (fits up to 6!), beds comfortable, staff members friendly and helpful. The medium-sized pool is clean (though a little cool); the extra-large hot tub is perfect! They can be crowded at night esp. on weekends, so we try to go swimming in the middle of the day when possible. (There’s also a late-night adult swim time). 「We stayed at this hotel while at a travel softball tournament for our daughter. The amenities were great and our room was clean. There was plenty of parking. The manager on duty was incredibly helpful and kind. Our whole team stayed and they loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast. We were even allowed to gather in the dining area as a team and have dinner and unwind from the day together. Very youth sports team friendly! Definitely recommend!」

「Wish I could say it was a nice stay. My biggest take away would be the OUTER doors are NOT locked at ANY TIME. As a single female traveler, I find this very concerning. I travel with my service dog and my competition dog, so I decided not to find another place for the weekend. The first room assigned had hairs inside the bedding. I asked for another room and in that one, the bathtub had black hair at the drain(I discovered this the next morning) luckily, I carry disinfectant cleaner with me....

「Floor in our room was sticky… felt generally unclean and smelled of cologne. The hallways smelled Iike weed. Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer. 」

「I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when...

「It was a last-minute off season visit. The room and amenities were first rate and the staff was friendly and helpful. Kudos to Dave who setup and kept the breakfast delicious and well-stocked. He made us feel quite at home. :-)」
