「Close to down town」

「The room was clean, and the woman who works mornings is great. However, although check-out is at noon, a man from housekeeping knocked on my door and immediately let himself in at 9:55am to see when I would be leaving. I was standing fairly close to the door and didn't even have time to get to the doorknob before he opened it.」

「The staff was excellent! The room was clean, modern and very user-friendly.」

「Room 306 has a weird clacking sound that happens twice in the middle of the night. Just a quick clack at around 12:30 am then again around 1 am. Sounds like someone unlocking the deadbolt on the door. Not sure if it's the refrigerator, maybe. But other than that it was a really good stay. Thanks」

「Hotel was advertised as they serve breakfast in morning. Upon arrival we were told that they don't serve breakfast and there will be coffee only. That was pretty annoying and wrongly advertised.」

「Clean rooms」

「非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。」

「Room was very spacious (handicap accessible). Bathroom was nice and clean. Very good water pressure. Well appointed common area. Easy parking. Near lots of dining options.」

「Room was great but unfortunately could not get air conditioning to work appropriately. I sent my parents here for their wedding anniversary and feel bad they had to have maintenance come check on the room several times due to the air not cooling the room.」

「Staff was helpful, breakfast was okay, shower setup was weird, beds were comfortable. Best price for a hotel we could find within 30-40 minutes of Grand Haven in July, so… it is what it is. Bring your own pillow, go out for breakfast, since Michigan is legal get ready to smell weed up and down the hallways.」

「Great size room with everything you need for a comfortable stay」

「The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night」

「We had a very good stay at Staybridge Suites Holland by IHG. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Eric was a gentleman and made the check-in process easy. He also explained everything we needed to know clearly. The hotel was nice and quiet, which made the stay comfortable. We used the pool and spa, and both were nice.
