"Everything was fantastic! If I were to make one critique, less confusing parking. But it still wasn't much of an issue, we were lucky enough to find a space in the main parking lot. By the way, scraping the snow off the windows of the cars is so nice!! Thank you! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was warm and clean. The location was fantastic! Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic as well! The food was delicious! Highly recommend this location. "

"This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay for swim weekends in the area. Clean hotel and friendly staff. My daughter likes having the hot water, tea and honey available all the time! Unfortunately there was a very loud hockey team that did not adhere to the quiet hours of the hotel (that they signed) and would not listen to the staff when they told them they needed to be quiet all the way until 1am! I appreciate the staff trying their best to keep it quiet, they did the best they could do! "
